Guarantee Booking
•  Reservation is valid until 1500 hours unless guaranteed by credit card

Guarantee Amount
•  1 night's rental fee for reservation of < 7 nights
•  2 nights' rental fee for reservation of 7 to 29 nights
•  3 nights' rental fee for reservation of > 30 nights

Long Stay Deposit (Rental Deposit)
•  30 nights for reservation of 60 to 179 nights
•  60 nights for reservation of 180 nights and above

Cancellation and No Show Policy

For reservation of < 7 nights	Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee for all properties except:   Ascott Mayfair London - At least      24 hours notice prior to arrival. All Singapore properties -      No cancellations or      amendments are allowed for      stay from 23 to 26 September      2010.	1 night's rental fee applies for all properties except:   All Singapore properties -      Full rental fee applies for stay      from 23 to 26 September 2010.
For reservation of  7 to 29 nights	Cancellation must be notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee for all properties except:   Ascott Mayfair London - At least      7 days notice prior to arrival. All Singapore properties -      No cancellations or      amendments are allowed for      stay from 23 to 26 September      2010.	2 nights' rental fee applies for all properties except:   Ascott Mayfair London - 7 nights'      rental fee applies. All Singapore properties -      Full rental fee applies for stay      from 23 to 26 September 2010.
For reservation of  > 30 nights	Cancellation must be notified at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee for all properties except:   Ascott Mayfair London and all      Singapore properties - At least      14 days notice prior to arrival.	3 nights' rental fee applies for all properties except:   Ascott Mayfair London - 14 nights'      rental fee applies.
